Welcome to my corner of the web! 

Let me introduce myself: I'm Rania Hashim, a passionate advocate for wellness, movement, and all things active living.

From a young age, I've been drawn to the thrill of sports and physical activity. Whether it was fencing, track, football, or basketball, I was always eager to try something new. Even as I delved into the corporate world for over a decade, my love for sports never waned.

Eventually, I decided to merge my passion with my profession and became a personal trainer. It's been an incredible journey guiding others on their path to fitness, helping them sculpt their bodies and embrace movement as a daily ritual.

But my journey hasn't been just about physical fitness – it's also been a quest for holistic health.  From dealing with gut and hormonal issues and diving into nutrition therapy studies for three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London, I’ve come to realize how crucial it is to understand and nourish our bodies from within. 

Adding another layer to the adventure, I'm now navigating the wild world of parenthood with two incredibly athletic teenage girls by my side. They keep me on my toes, inspiring me with their highs and lows, and reminding me of the beauty in every moment. Plus, I've got an active husband who's my partner in crime, sharing in the love of fitness and family adventures!

Today, I'm dedicated to spreading the message of integrative wellness and empowering others to live their optimal health– because life's too short not to move, nourish, and thrive. Join me on this journey to wellness, one step at a time!
