HOW CAN I HELP?

I am a rergistered nutritional therapist with a special interest in sports nutrition for all ages, as well as weight management, gut issues, and regaining energy. I support individuals achieving their health and wellness goals through targeted dietary and lifestyle interventions. 


Given my personal training background, I hold a particular passion for developing individualized nutrition plans to optimize athletic performance, considering factors like age, activity level, health aspects and specific sports requirements and emphasize the importance of proper nutrition for recovery, addressing post-exercise nutrition needs to enhance muscle repair and reduce fatigue (as well as support with injuries).


I support weight management needs, making sustainable changes in eating habits and daily routines that combines balanced nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.


I help clients maintain a healthy gut microbiome, creating diets that promote gut health, considering conditions like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), heartburn and reflux.


I focus on nutrient-dense diets to combat fatigue and boost energy levels as well as providing strategies for blood sugar management preventing energy crashes and promoting sustained energy throughout the day.
